ABOUT YOUR ORDER
We sell photographic prints, digital images and packages described on this website. The ordering language is English. Check your chosen photographs, quantities, options, addresses and any collection questions before paying. Prices and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling before payment. A contract is confirmed when payment is confirmed (or a free order is accepted). You can save the order confirmation and the terms that applied from My orders.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card details. The delivery or collection option, charge and any instructions are shown before you pay. Digital products are made available through your account after confirmed payment. Keep a backup of downloaded files; availability is subject to the retention information in our privacy notice. Downloaded images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless a product description expressly states otherwise. Copyright remains with the rights holder.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND PROBLEMS
For goods that are not personalised or made to your specifications, tell us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return them. Contact us for return arrangements. We refund standard outbound delivery where the law requires it; you pay the direct return cost for a change of mind unless we agree otherwise. We refund within the legal timescale, normally within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return. Genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation; this does not apply automatically to every print. Contact us promptly if an order is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Your statutory rights are not affected.
IMMEDIATE DIGITAL SUPPLY
Where you expressly request immediate digital supply at checkout and acknowledge the consequence, your 14-day cancellation right for that digital content ends when supply begins. This does not remove your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described. Rights for other items in a mixed order remain separate.
CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS
Contact us using the business details shown on this page, quoting your order reference. We will investigate and explain the available remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

All photos will be sent out within 14 days of delivery.
